Welcome to Psalm & Cedar. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online store terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or use our content in violation of applicable law.

Products and availability

We work with independent suppliers to offer our collection. Product availability, packaging, colors, measurements, and other details may occasionally change. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but screens and supplier-provided information can vary. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel an unavailable item. If we cancel an item after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and taxes may change without notice before an order is placed. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
• U.S. delivery is generally 2–5 business days after shipment.
• Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after shipment.
• International delivery times vary. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, supplier availability, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Returns and return authorization

Return eligibility varies by supplier and product. Most eligible products have a 30-day return window, but the applicable window may range from 7 to 90 days. Certain products are final sale or otherwise non-returnable, and some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

You must contact Psalm & Cedar before returning any item. We will request the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our supplier and provide return instructions when the request is approved. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping and any applicable restocking costs are normally the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us. Approved refunds are processed only after the return has been received, inspected, and accepted. We will notify you of the resolution and any refund due.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps. Available remedies may include replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution, depending on supplier approval and applicable law.

Order tracking and address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Use our Order Tracking page or your customer account to review available shipment updates. Contact us promptly if tracking appears incorrect or a package is delayed.

Intellectual property

The Psalm & Cedar name, branding, site design, original photography, written content, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Psalm & Cedar. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission. Product trademarks and supplier materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and suppliers

Some products are fulfilled by independent suppliers and delivered by third-party carriers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, Psalm & Cedar is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by suppliers, carriers, payment processors, customs authorities, or other parties outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psalm & Cedar disclaims warranties not expressly stated and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Your continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
